What the service does

Row Posts helps you prepare, review, schedule, and publish content to social media accounts you connect. It also provides brand guides, post history, insights, and tools for AI agents you choose to connect. Features and supported networks may change during the pilot.

Row Posts is currently offered as a free pilot. We will disclose any paid terms before charging you for a future plan.

Your account and connected services

You are responsible for your account, the agents and people you authorize, and the social accounts you connect. Connect only accounts you are permitted to manage. Keep your sign-in methods and agent keys secure. You can disconnect a social account in the desk; doing so removes its locally stored connection tokens and moves its scheduled posts back to drafts. You may also need to revoke access in the social platform's own settings.

Social platforms and AI tools have their own terms, policies, availability, and limits. You remain responsible for following those requirements when using them through Row Posts.

Your content and publishing choices

You retain rights to the content you upload or create. You give us permission to store, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to provide the service, including sending a post to a connected platform when you approve or schedule it. You must have the rights and permissions needed for the content you submit, including images, video, music, logos, and any information about other people.

Review your post, destinations, timing, privacy settings, and disclosures before publishing. A scheduled post can publish at its chosen time. An AI agent can schedule or publish only if you grant it that permission. Once a platform accepts a post, deleting or changing a copy in Row Posts may not remove or change the published post on that platform.

Acceptable use

Do not use Row Posts to violate laws, another person's rights, or a connected platform's rules. Do not attempt to access another user's workspace, bypass permissions or rate limits, interfere with the service, or submit malicious code. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or other users.

Availability and changes

Publishing depends on third-party APIs, account permissions, review status, and network availability. A post may fail, remain in processing, or require you to check the connected account. Check the publishing status in the desk and confirm important posts on the destination platform. We may change or discontinue pilot features and will update these terms when material changes affect your use of the service.
